Thursday night this Soulless Bureaucrat joined other living dead, aka GS-9's, at DC9 for a little rock muzak by the fed. Call them Greenspan's revenge, becuase they're raising interest rates amongst the pro-rock-letieriat. I saw a couple of juicy GS-14's, which typically consume me with their combination of encyclopedic subject matter expertise and jaded spirits, but the music so moved me that I paid them no mind. Luckily, they aren't going anywhere...
Overcoming their own PeterBestian hurdles, the fed are now on the front page of google.com (when googling the fed on the internets), and one day they will make the first link when one googles "today the fed rocked finanical markets..."
But if you lack the requisite skills to serf the internet, you'll always have the Mourning Papers.
